Expanding our creativity self-expression and curiosity.
Yoga means union in Sanskrit. Union between body mind and spirit. In Kabbalistic numerology, it suggest that the practice breaks old habits, attachments and behaviors, it offer means to surrender to a higher realms, cultivate patience and mental strength – the fruits of the practice are in the qualities of partnership, understanding, inner balance, and harmony.
Exploring new realms, ideas and possibilities is yoga: weather it is web design, brand development, numerology readings or the teaching of yoga – it is all coming under one theme – creativity.
NUMEROLOGY. Cosmology, and our relationship to our inner purpose grabbed my curiosity and attention early on.

DESIGN. Since childhood art and design have been my primary form of expression and exploration. Fueled by aesthetic interests, for the past twenty years I have explored the roles of creative director and product designer, developing concepts and strategies for public interaction. Projects have manifested as exhibition and environmental design, as well as communication and brand strategy, with companies such as Swatch, SonyMusic, Netscape, AIG, and Phillips New Media. Currently the main focus is on Web Design and Brand Strategy for the Lifestyles For Health And Sustainability industry (LOHAS). Defining the soul of a business through bold and inspiring means of communication and brand design.
YOGA. I have been trained, both in Kundalini and Hatha yoga traditions, conducting classes, workshops, and community events.
The practice and exploration is in the quest of expanding ones awareness and bringing the true soul to the surface, providing safe space for individuals and groups to move beyond the limitations of the mind into their true potential. Currently I teach four Kundalini yoga classes and a monthly workshop (Yoga Tree; Namaste; Yoga Studio) in the bay area, as well as offering personal training and healing work.
